Is SimplyWill™ a subscription or a once-off licence?
SimplyWill™ is licensed annually per seat. This covers all software updates, new Will clause types as they are released, and email support throughout the year.
Do I need to pay extra for the multi-user LAN setup?
No. Multi-user LAN support is included in every licence. You pay per seat (per workstation), and all seats share the same database over your office network.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is stored on your firm's own network — not in any cloud system. If you choose not to renew, your data remains fully accessible on your machines. We provide an export tool so you can extract all records.
Is there a trial or pilot available?
Yes. We offer a 14-day pilot for qualifying law firms. Book a demo first and we'll discuss whether a pilot is the right fit for your department's setup.
